This is my story

This is me:

Originally from Europe, I have lived in the U.S. for the past (almost) 12 years. Even though, I met a lot of great people, I never found my Prince Charming. For the past few years, I have contemplated single motherhood. Once I hit my mid 30s and had found a secure job, I decided to move forward on my endeavor. This blog is about my journey to single motherhood. It reflects my personal opinion and adventures. I would love to read your comments. I hope you will enjoy reading my blog.

Here is my Support Network:

Dr. Stork:
My R.E., soft spoken, tiny, and inconspicuous woman, superhero in disguise with two super powers: (a) to completely align herself to her environment by using her white lab coat to blend into the white walls of the doctor`s office in a chameleon-like manner, and (b) to put babies into women`s tummies.

Nurse Nancy:
Dr. Stork's nurse and the person, I usually get connected with when I have a question or a problem. At times, it is really hard to get a hold of her, but when she takes the time to talk to me she is actually quite nice and helpful.

P. L. - The Power Latina:
Friend, sister-in-arms, first person I told about my plans to become an SMC, my strongest support, awesomeness in human form, excellent writer.

C. - Cameron:
Friend, ally, fights for social justice in the Deep South and abroad, likes French Bulldogs and drag shows, loves his boyfriend M. passionately, listens patiently to all my rants.
